I think all exercise is great for improving mood - when you exercise, your body increases production of the ”feel good” hormones, and that’s so beneficial. But yoga also has a mind-body-spirit link, so I’m not surprised that it would work even better for dealing with anxiety or depression.

There are limits to Yoga the same as excercising or working out.
